• The BizMums Business Directory is a Web directory, not a search engine.  All entries are at the discretion of BizMums Administrators - we intend to maintain the integrity of the site.  This means ABSOLUTELY NO ADULT CONTENT and ABSOLUTELY NO pyramid schemes or "Pay us $500 to start work today" or anything else that reeks of a con-job.
• Absolutely NO advertising in the forums! If you want to advertise your business please list it in the Business Directory.  Any advertising found within the forums may result in your Business Directory entry being deleted, and you risk losing your membership.
• We have just added a required "ABN" field, as we are only interested in promoting legitimate businesses and the Australian Government insists that anybody who is trading should have an ABN.  If for some reason you don't have an ABN, please Contact Us to discuss your options.  If you do not provide an ABN, you will likely be contacted to ensure you are a "real" BizMum, so please provide valid contact details in your profile.  If we are unable to contact you, your listing will be removed.  Likewise if you submit a website address that doesn't have a ".au" on the end.
• If you submit a website asking people to send money, it will be removed.
• Please do not submit Reviews on your own listings.  Reviews are to be only submitted for legitimate reasons - ie. you have found the business via BizMums, used it and wish to review it.  If you are found to be reviewing your own listing, the listing will be removed.
• These Terms of Use are subject to change at any time.

Tips to ensure that your listing is acceptable:

• Provide a valid contact phone number, contact name and location (it is not required to provide a specific street number unless you want to).
• Provide a valid ABN number.
• Don't plaster your listing with your website address and bright garish formatting.  We aren't your website, we're just a LINK to it.
• We suggest that your own site has an "About Us" type link.  You don't need to give out personal information, but this provides a level of assurance that you are a real person and not a dodgy site.
